Leaders

Our leaders include Senator Harry Reid, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Chairman Howard Dean, Chairwoman Kathleen Sebelius, DCCC Chairman Charles Schumer, DCCC Chairman Rep. Chris Van Hollen, and DLCC Chairman Mike Gronstal. Our leaders share a vision of a safe future for Americans and a better future for everybody. Our leaders have a very ambitious plan to bring American back in the mainstream. Our leaders plan to do this by focusing on the issues that concern Americans most, including homeland security, the war in Iraq, universal healthcare, a woman’s right to choose, and the guarantee of equality and privacy for everybody. Our leaders plan to meet these goals through a series of strategies and by setting the agendas in both the House and the Senate.

Our leaders come from diverse backgrounds and bring many strengths to the organization. Our leaders are men and women of strong conviction who was dedicated to their shared vision of the future of America. Our leaders welcome feedback and they are all always willing to listen to anybody’s point of view.

Our leaders are working for a strong showing in the 2008 election, and they hope that the 2006 mid-terms was just a sign of a changing tide of sentiment in this country. Our leaders are dedicated to bringing about the changes in policy America needs.
